For over 20 years, I’ve worked closely with children and families, supporting them through all sorts of challenges—big and small.
From early childhood development to family well-being, my experience has given me a deep understanding of what little ones (and their exhausted mums and dads) truly need. I've seen (and experienced) first-hand how sleep deprivation affects, not just babies but, the whole household, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when nothing seems to work.
That’s why I became a sleep consultant—to take the stress out of sleep and give families the rest they desperately need. Sleep isn’t just about routines; it’s about understanding a child’s unique needs, temperament, and developmental stage and the needs of the whole family.
I combine evidence-based strategies with a practical, compassionate approach to help families find solutions that actually work. My goal is simple: to help little ones sleep better so parents can feel like themselves again and really experience the joy of parenting.

"Katie's baby massage class has been the perfect amount of learning, interaction, fun and mummy time. I still use the massage techniques and found the booklet very useful for when baby brain is in full swing!"
Julia B.
“We attended baby massage in Peebles and it was fabulous. It's a great activity, particularly for younger babies. We learned new techniques which I've used lots already. Katie explained everything really thoroughly."
Jenna M.
“We attended baby massage. Katie is one of the nicest people and makes everyone feel welcome. I enjoyed each and every session we attended. Thank you Katie.”
Help your Baby learn how to
Self Settle
(without tears)
for babies who are fed to sleep
Suitable for parents of babies aged 4-18 months who are fed to sleep, this framework teaches you how to support your baby to self-settle without any tears involved. Parents will work through various phases at their own pace to reach the end goal of a little one who can self settle in their own bed all night without the need to be fed to sleep.
